بررسی اپیدمیولوژیک حیوان گزیدگی در شهرستان های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد و تربت حیدریه طی سالهای 1395-1392

زمینه و هدف:حیوان گزیدگی به عنوان یک تهدید مهم بهداشتی و با پیامد های منفی از جمله بیماری هاری، تلفات در دام ها و خسارات اقتصادی و بهداشتی، در سراسر جهان از گذشته تا به امروز مطرح بوده است. درنتیجه هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اپیدمیولوژیک حیوان گزیدگی در مناطق تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد و تربت حیدریه می باشد.<span dir="LTR"></span><br>

روش بررسی:مطالعه ی حاضر به صورت توصیفی- گذشته نگر انجام شد. اطلاعات افراد دچار حیوان گزیدگی از سامانه ی مربوطه در معاونت بهداشتی از سال 1392 تا 1395 اخذ گردید. داده های گردآوری شده، با نرم افزار های <span dir="LTR">Excel 2010</span> و <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> ورژن20 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. <span dir="LTR"></span><br>

یافته ها: در طی 4 سال مورد مطالعه ، 45735 نفر مورد گزش حیوانات قرار گرفته بودند، گزش در مردان 81 درصد به طور معنی داری بیش تر از زنان بود. میانگین سنی افراد گزیده شده، <span dir="LTR">18.32</span>± <span dir="LTR">29.92</span>سال محاسبه گردید. همچنین52 درصد از آسیب ها مربوط به اندام های فوقانی بدن می باشد. بیشتر موارد حیوان گزیدگی در مناطق روستایی و توسط سگ رخ داده بود. بیشترین و کمترین درصد حیوان گزیدگی به ترتیب مربوط به فصل های بهار و زمستان محاسبه شد.<br>
<span dir="RTL">نتیجه گیری: </span><span dir="RTL">بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر بیشتر موارد حیوان گزیدگی در فصل بهار، توسط حیوانات اهلی و در مردان روستایی و در گروه سنی </span><span dir="RTL">36</span><span dir="RTL"> تا </span><span dir="RTL">69 سال رخ می دهد. </span><span dir="RTL">ازینرو انجام مطالعات دقیق تر به منظور تعیین عوامل اصلی موثر در افزایش حیوان گزیدگی و فعالیت های آموزشی و مداخله ای با هدف قرار دادن گروه های آسیب پذیر به منظور کاهش </span><span dir="RTL">مشکلات مرتبط با سلامتی نظیر آسیب های جسمی، روحی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی</span><span dir="RTL"> می تواند مفید واقع شود. </span>
<strong>Background & Objectives:</strong> Animal bites have been around the world as a major health threat and with negative consequences, including rabies, animal Loss, economic and health damages. The aim of this study was to determine the epidemiological patterns of animal bites in affiliated areas of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences and Torbat Heydariyeh.<span dir="RTL"></span><br>
<strong>Methods:</strong> This study was a descriptive-retrospective study<span dir="RTL">.</span>Information about people with animal bites was obtained from the relevant systems in Health Department system from 2013 to 2017<span dir="RTL">. </span>The data were analyzed by Excel 2010 and SPSS 20 software<span dir="RTL">.</span><br>
<strong>Results:</strong> During the 4 years of study, 45735 cases had been bitten by animals, bites were significantly higher in males (81%) than females. The mean age of the cases was 18.32<span dir="RTL">±</span> 29.92years. Also, 52% of the injuries were in the upper limbs<span dir="RTL">.</span>Most of the animal bites occurred in rural areas and by dogs. The highest and lowest percentages of bites were calculated for spring and winter seasons, respectively.<span dir="RTL"></span><br>
<strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the results of the present study, most cases were bitten in the spring by domestic animals, in rural males and in the age group of 36 to 69 years<span dir="RTL">.</span>Therefore, more detailed studies are needed to determine the main factors that increase the number of bites.as well as educational and interventional activities for vulnerable groups can reduce health-related problems such as physical, mental, social and economic harms.
